Roslynne J. Powell

Roslynne Powell has extensive experience with community development and workforce housing in the private and local government sectors. She is currently employed with the Palm Beach County Housing and Economic Sustainability department as a Contracts/Grants Coordinator. Her responsibilities include monitoring contracts and grants for multi-family affordable housing projects.
Roslynne’s experience includes foreclosure prevention programs, home ownership management, and housing development projects. She worked closely with a real estate attorney to provide clients with foreclosure prevention programs. Roslynne’s leadership experience includes developing and managing first-time homeownership and workforce housing projects with Neighborhood Renaissance Inc. She developed and managed housing programs for the City of Pompano Beach Housing and Urban Improvement department. She worked at financial institutions to provide loans to homebuyers. Additionally, Roslynne is co-founder and owner of Expressive Vibes Art Gallery, a contemporary art gallery. She is a huge supporter of the Arts. Roslynne is passionate about empowering individuals and families to achieve homeownership and build wealth.

Roslynne is a committed leader and serves in various roles in the community. She serves in leadership capacities in the local chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Roslynne serves and volunteers on committee’s in her church and in the community. She is a graduate of Leadership West Palm Beach.

Roslynne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Illinois State University.
