Her analytical skills and business savvy grew her firm from a one-woman consultant to a multi-million dollar enterprise, quickly becoming one of the fastest growing minority-owned consulting firms in the Southeast. She also serves as chairman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s International Connection Committee, the advocacy, civil rights, social justice and voting arm of the Sorority. Appointed in 2014, she oversees a program that addresses social and political issues.
