Pamela Toussaint, MBA, is president and founder of Ultimate Image Coach. She conducts training for companies on customer relations and loyalty, leadership, human relations and change management. She provides individual consulting on appearance, behavior, communication, interview preparation, networking, appropriate attire, media appearances and presentations, resulting in a successful brand image for clients. As a professor at Palm Beach State College, she works with students to build critical human and customer relations skills in preparation for successful careers. Her corporate leadership experience with such companies as AT&T, Philips Electronics North America, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Kaplan Higher Education spanned 30+ years.
