Dinah Stephenson has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of construction and construction management, including contract negotiations, insurance issues, human resources management and development, and overseeing and handling of all legal issues. She is responsible for daily management, including risk management and general supervision of all administrative and legal functions of the company, including contract administration. She also oversees workers compensation issues, business ethics, employee conduct, policies or issues related to drug and alcohol use, harassment and other personnel issues.
