ECONOMIC SPEAKER
Leslie Nixon just completed her eighth season with the Miami Dolphins and fourth season as Director of Community Affairs. Prior to her time with the Dolphins, Nixon served as the Volunteer Services Director for Super Bowl XLIV and Pro Bowl 2010; Director of Administration for Super Bowl XLI in 2007; and in 2005 as staff attorney for the Knowledge is Power program at the St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute. She loves mentoring aspiring Sport Management students and has taught locally in the Sport Management programs at Barry University and St. Thomas University.
