Veronica Cooper, Vice President of Cooper Construction Management & Consulting, has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. In her current position she establishes the strategic direction for the firm including strategic relationships and alliances, corporate culture and branding, as well as new business and market development. She is well versed in many areas; however, one of her core strengths is her ability to instinctively understand her client’s needs and to successfully translate those needs into a highly effective and efficient plan of action.
