EDUCATION
Laura Babooram Gainer has worked in K-12 and post-secondary education for over 15 years. She is an Academic and Student Services Manager for the Bachelor’s Degree Programs at Palm Beach State College. She has served in her managerial position for the past five years after being promoted from Academic Coordinator. She also served for a time as Interim Associate Dean for the Bachelor’s Degree Programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Management with a Minor in Race & Ethnic Relations, a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and is presently pursuing her doctorate in Adult and Community Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.
