Kerry-Ann Royes is a 20-year veteran of the social sector and currently serves as the CEO of the YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, a leading social justice organization seeking to eliminate racism and empower women. She is a visionary leader passionate about driving social growth through education, strategic alliances and equity to effect real and lasting social change. This bold Jamaican native founded Arrow Consulting after her 16-year tenure at the YMCA of South Florida, where she was Executive Director of Community Advancement. She believes that strategic initiatives linking corporate, public and non-profit interests are vital for the creation of long-term successful communities.
