Nicole is the host of the Winning in Life Today talk show on the MaxLife Christian Women’s Network at www.maxlifeitv.org. The talk show airs Tuesdays at 5 pm EST, Wednesdays at 6 am EST, and Saturdays at 3 pm EST.
As a 20 year veteran of the United States Army, Nicole received in-depth leadership training and development which she now uses to influence others to accomplish their professional and personal goals in life. After serving 18 years in the military, Nicole was selected for promotion to Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted rank in the U.S. Army. This was a very pivotal moment and great accomplishment in her career. After much prayer and consideration, Nicole decided to turn down the promotion, retire, and enter Corporate America. As a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Certified DISC Human Behavior Consultant, and a Certified Life Coach with a Masters Degree from the University of Oklahoma, Nicole has coached and mentored junior, senior, and executive leaders in both the government and private sectors.
